RN Supervisor Position Summary As a RN Supervisor at Wexford House, you'll be an essential part of our residents' care. Responsibilities include:
- Assess resident needs, develop individual care plans, administer, and evaluate nursing care, and supervise CNAs and other nursing personnel on the unit.
- Inform physicians of any changes in resident conditions.
- Communicate with patients, family members, and the interdisciplinary team about care plan changes.
- Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.
- Current unrestricted RN license for the state of Tennessee
- Current CPR/BLS Certification
