Customer Service Rep
Randstad is looking for a customer service rep in Phoenix, AZ who is responsible for handling high-volume inbound customer service inquiries and complaints regarding consumer lending and credit card profiles. The role requires simultaneous multi-system navigation. Training Days/Hours: 8:30am-5pm (mon-friday) 8 weeks of training Shift Days/Hours: Requires working either Saturday or Sunday with one weekday off Schedules range from a 6am-11:30am start time.
