Job Overview Under general supervision, assists the Executive Housekeeper with various functions in the housekeeping and laundry areas of the hotel. Maintains exceptional service levels through guest and team member satisfaction and keeps all areas in the highest standard of quality, including guest rooms, laundry, public areas, meeting space, department storage, and work areas. Responsibilities Assist the Executive Housekeeper with housekeeping and laundry duties. Maintain exceptional service levels through guest and team member satisfaction. Ensure quality standards are upheld in all areas of the hotel, including guest rooms, laundry, public areas, meeting space, department storage, and work areas. Maintain integrity, service, and hospitality with team members, customers, and co‑workers. Qualifications Thorough knowledge of cleaning methods for guest rooms. Operation of laundry services. Knowledge of proper use and storage of cleaning chemicals. General knowledge of equipment such as vacuums, commercial washers, and dryers.
