HR Specialist

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a HR Coordinator to join their team. As a HR Coordinator, you will be part of the HR Services department supporting multiple factory locations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, adaptability, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: HR Coordinator

Location: Eau Claire, WI

What's the Job?

• Provide administrative support to multiple factories, including data entry and personnel records management.

• Process employment-related transactions such as employee life-cycle events, pay changes, and sensitive forms.

• Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with federal HR and payroll regulations.

• Support training coordination and document knowledge sharing across the team.

• Respond to routine HR inquiries and serve as a liaison with HR Centers of Excellence.

What's Needed?

• High School diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field preferred.

• Minimum of 3+ years of customer service experience, with 1+ years in Human Resources preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Power Platform (preferred).

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing high-volume transactions.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
