Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Production Tech to provide hands-on leadership and support within a manufacturing environment. This role will help coordinate daily production activities, guide and train team members, monitor safety and quality, and support continuous improvement efforts to meet production goals.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and support production team members to meet safety, quality, and production goals
• Coordinate daily production activities and help manage schedules based on orders, materials, and available resources
• Monitor assembly and fabrication processes to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards
• Use Epicor MRP or similar systems to support production planning, material tracking, and reporting
• Promote cross-training and maintain work instructions to support an efficient and flexible workforce
• Identify process improvements and opportunities to reduce waste, improve productivity, and control costs
• Enforce safety procedures, address hazards promptly, and report incidents as required
• Track production performance and communicate issues, opportunities, and recommended solutions to leadership
• Coach team members and promote accountability, teamwork, and a positive production environment

Requirements:

• High school diploma and 2+ years of manufacturing leadership experience; technical or college education may be considered in place of some experience
• Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical assembly, and/or fabrication processes
• Experience using computers, including Microsoft Word and Excel
• Experience with MRP systems; Epicor experience preferred
• Strong understanding of manufacturing safety and quality practices
• Ability to read and understand production requirements, work instructions, and technical information
• Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work the assigned shift and overtime as needed
• Manufacturing production planning, scheduling, or supervisory experience preferred

Schedule:

• 1st and 2nd shift available

Compensation:

• $20.00 per hour
