Aurora Material Solutions is seeking skilled professionals to maintain our critical manufacturing operations. We're looking for dedicated maintenance technicians who take pride in keeping equipment running at peak performance while maintaining the highest safety standards.

We are looking for a reliable and skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to be a key player in our operations. In this critical role, you'll be responsible for ensuring optimal performance and reliability of manufacturing equipment and facilities through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems, and executing repairs to minimize downtime and maintain a safe, efficient production environment.

Responsibilities
• Achieve 95% or higher equipment uptime through proactive maintenance and rapid response to breakdowns
• Complete all scheduled preventive maintenance tasks on time and according to manufacturer specifications
• Reduce mean time to repair (MTTR) by accurately diagnosing issues and implementing effective solutions
• Maintain a safe work environment with zero safety incidents through adherence to OSHA standards and lockout/tagout procedures
• Accurately document all maintenance activities, parts usage, and equipment history in CMMS
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying recurring issues and recommending solutions

Requirements
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and precision measuring instruments
• Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical drive systems
• Industrial electrical knowledge including 480V 3-phase systems, motor controls, and VFDs
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work at heights, in confined spaces, and in various weather conditions
• Willingness to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed
• Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance Technology or related field (Preferred)
• Certification in electrical systems, welding, or similar (Preferred)
• Experience with PLCs, robotics, or automated systems (Preferred)
• Familiarity with CMMS software (SAP, Maximo, or similar) (Preferred)
• Forklift and aerial lift certification (Preferred)

Work Environment
• Manufacturing environment with exposure to industrial equipment and machinery
• Work at heights, in confined spaces, and in various weather conditions
• Rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed
