Position: Travel Med Surg Registered Nurse
Location: Lewiston, Maine
Department: Med Surg
Shifts Available: Nights
Pay: up to $672 - $768 gross pay per shift; equivalent to $56.00 - $64.00 per hour.
Assignment Length: 12 weeks

Responsibilities:
* Assists the Director with daily department operations, staffing, and workflow management.
* Supervises, directs, and evaluates team members.
* Ensures effective use of personnel, equipment, and resources.
* Maintains efficient department operations and patient care standards.
* Provides direct patient care as needed within scope of practice.
* Monitors patient care plans and directs necessary adjustments.
* Collaborates with physicians and staff to promote positive patient outcomes.
* Supports a safe, high-quality, and patient-centered care environment.
* Oversees staff performance and unit operations during assigned shift.
Qualifications:
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
* Current and valid state RN License
* Current BLS (AHA) upon hire and maintain current.
* Current ACLS (AHA) upon hire and maintain current.
* Previous one year of charge nurse experience in Med Surg setting required.
* PALS (AHA) upon hire and maintain current.

Premiere Healthcare Staffing offers competitive compensation and a reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $56.00 to $60.00. This compensation estimate is specific to Maine and has not been adjusted for any other geographic location.
