Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project goals are met. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Oversee site activities to ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and quality expectations. Lead weekly project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Identify and mitigate risks and resolve issues that may impact project timelines or costs. Ensure proper documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience managing industrial construction projects. Proven track record of successfully delivering warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing facility builds. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, scheduling, and budgeting. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam).
