Role : Founding Account Executive Role Type : Full-Time Compensation : $125K–$150K Base | $250K–$300K+ OTE (Uncapped) + Equity Role Overview As a Founding Account Executive , you will be a key contributor in building the company’s sales engine from the ground up. You’ll own the sales process end-to-end while working closely with leadership, product, and growth teams to shape go-to-market strategy and drive revenue. This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role for a seller who thrives in fast‑paced, early‑stage environments.
