For we are looking for you as location Fort Worth, TX Area Sales Manager - Data Centers What awaits you : You lead and implement the sales strategy in your region or customer group and actively develop new market opportunitiesYou build strong, long‑term customer relationships through regular visits, technical consulting, and professional negotiationsYou expand and secure business by developing sales measures, closing delivery agreements, and managing offers from preparation to follow‑upYou work closely with product management and internal experts to support product innovations and complex customer applicationsYou analyze market, customer, and competitor developments and derive future sales scenarios and strategiesYou represent Reinhausen at customer events, exhibitions, and expert conferences and deliver product presentations and trainings What you bring to the table: You have a degree in Electrical Engineering or a comparable qualification, ideally combined with business knowledge or extensive industry experienceYou bring at least 5 years of professional experience in energy technology, transformer or substation technology, control systems, or commissioning of electrical equipmentYou communicate business‑fluently in English; additional language skills are an advantageYou have a strong sales mindset, negotiation skills, and an entrepreneurial, customer‑oriented attitudeYou work independently, take ownership, and demonstrate confident and professional behavior with customersYou are willing to travel domestically and internationally up to 50% We are looking forward to receiving your application.
