WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Salon Manager, you’ll take an active role in both your team’s success and the growth of your salon.

You’ll:

• Recruit, coach, motivate, and develop talented salon professionals
• Create a positive, energetic, and supportive team culture
• Drive service sales, retail performance, rebooking, and client retention
• Set goals and help your team reach—and exceed—them
• Recognize individual strengths and help stylists grow their careers
• Manage scheduling, staffing, inventory, and daily salon operations
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience
• Professionally resolve client concerns
• Maintain high standards for salon appearance, cleanliness, and operations
• Identify opportunities to increase salon traffic and grow the business
• Lead from the front and set the standard for your team
