Marketing Coordinator

Position Summary Marketing Coordinator supports the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing initiatives that promote the organization’s programs, services, and brand. Works closely with internal teams and external vendors to support campaign implementation, manage project timelines, and ensure marketing activities are delivered on schedule and aligned with organizational goals. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and email channels. Coordinate marketing projects by managing timelines, tracking deliverables in the project management software. Collaborate with internal departments to gather information, develop marketing materials, and support promotional initiatives. Maintain marketing calendars and assist in scheduling campaigns, events, and communications. Support the development and distribution of marketing and promotional materials. Support email marketing efforts, including list management, campaign setup, and reporting. Assist in tracking website analytics and campaign performance metrics to inform marketing decisions. Upload and schedule social media posts. Work with external vendors and partners to manage timelines, deliverables, and implementation tasks. Maintain project documentation, track progress, and ensure milestones are met. Assist with proofing marketing content for web pages, emails, newsletters, and promotional materials. Support internal communications related to marketing initiatives. Maintain organized records of marketing projects, assets, and campaign results. Assist with reporting on marketing activities and performance metrics. Provide general administrative support for the marketing team as needed. Prepare agendas and meeting summaries, distribute and post in project management software. Maintain digital file maintenance. Handle procurement-related activities in PeopleSoft for purchase orders, budget transfers and other budget related needs. Required Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred. 0-2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related role. Strong organizational and project coordination skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a collaborative environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and marketing collaboration tools. Basic understanding of digital marketing analytics and reporting. Desired Qualifications Experience working with content management systems, email marketing platforms, and digital marketing tools. Experience with project management software such as Asana, Monday.com or Wrike. Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social.
