PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Aventura at Shiloh Springs | Trotwood, OH Aventura at Shiloh Springs is seeking a compassionate and motivated PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our in-house rehabilitation team. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside an experienced interdisciplinary team in a Skilled Nursing Facility/Long-Term Care (SNF/LTC) setting while maintaining a flexible schedule. Responsibilities: Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist. Assist residents in achieving their highest level of independence and function. Complete timely and accurate documentation in Net Health . Collaborate with therapy, nursing, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality patient care. Maintain compliance with all facility, state, and federal regulations. Qualifications: Current Ohio COTA license in good standing. SNF/LTC experience preferred, but not required.
