Ensure members' expectations are exceeded, procedures are followed, and the branch maintains compliance with BSA/OFAC (and other regs). Support your team in achieving their goals through coaching, mentoring, and positive reinforcement. Sell our amazing products and services with enthusiasm and charm. You think of yourself as a superhero and have a personal passion for helping people! Requirements: Is this you? You've incredible leadership and relationship building skills. Your hustle is legendary, and your accomplishment drive needs an outlet. You can switch tasks like a ninja. Interruptions don't phase you. You have previous experience at a financial institution. You can tell Reg AA from Reg Z with your eyes closed. You're a communication wizard - if you're talking, everyone listens and understands. You're not afraid of conflict. In fact, you can diffuse tense situations without batting an eye and address difficult conversations with ease and grace. You have a sense of humor. Laughter is the best medicine, and we promise there will be plenty of opportunities for it. You've sales experience coming out of your ears. You can sell ice to a penguin! Your positive attitude shines like a diamond! Requirements High School Diploma or GED required. Three to five years of related financial institution experience, including supervisory or leadership experience required. What's in it for you?
