Accounts Payable Specialist

Accounting Assistant
We are looking for someone with an accounting background to assist with our accounts payable and general accounting needs.
Responsibilities
- Receive and process invoices and credits
- Manage accounts payable
- Prepare check runs
- Track supplier and subcontractor lien waivers
- Manage and track 1099 subcontractor payments
- Maintain accurate financial records
- Communicate with vendors and subcontractors as needed
Additional responsibilities may include assisting with payroll, tax reporting, and W-2 preparation. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and has previous accounting or bookkeeping experience.
