Hartford Healthcare seeks a Registered Nurse specializing in wound care to deliver evidence-based treatment across our Connecticut facilities. In this role, you will perform comprehensive wound assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and provide advanced therapies to promote healing and prevent complications. You’ll educate patients and families, collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, and document care in our EHR.
