Founded in 1998, Matrix Technology Group is an ERP, BI and Application Development consulting services provider.We have an immediate need for an Agile Technology Consulting Manager at multiple locations.Job Title: Agile Technology Consulting ManagerDuration: Fulltime - PermanentLocations: CA – Los Angeles, CA - El Segundo, CA - Sacramento, CA - San Diego, CA - San Francisco, CA - San Jose, Hartford, CT, DE - Wilmington, MA - Boston, NJ - Murray Hill, NJ - Florham Park, NY - New York, PA - Philadelphia, PA – PittsburghBasic Qualifications:Minimum of 6 years of IT Consulting/Management experience, with demonstrated IT Transformation experience in customer-facing roles.Minimum of 2 years of experience working with new technologiesExperience with Lean/Agile Program Governance in large/complex IT environmentsHands-on experience scaling agile processes including the underlying technology that allows for iterative development models (Automated Testing, Branching Strategies, SDLC Tools, DevOps Processes and Strategies)Minimum of a Bachelor's degreePreferred Qualifications:Demonstrated understanding of SDLC tools and an ability to discuss cost drivers and benefits of adoptionConversational in core functionality and benefits of new technologies (Cloud, AI/RPA, Blockchain, Lightweight Architectures, DevOps Processes and Tools)History of sales experience coupled with the ability to create proposals and present in orals to C-Level client executivesDemonstrated appreciation of cost drivers in systems delivery and operations, as well as commercial consequences of technical decisionsLarge-scale systems integration experience involving on-premises technology and cloud platforms.Strong presentation skills with a high degree of comfort with business, technical, architectural, and executive audiences.Experience working closely with business and technical stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into implementable roadmaps and designs and track execution.Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment.Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.Desire to work in an information systems environment.Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.Excellent leadership and management skills.
