Our organization’s Faculty Medical Group, within the Department of Urology, is on the lookout for a full-time Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Endourologist to enhance our academic team. With a recent increase in residency positions and an expanding clinical presence, we are eager to find a surgeon committed to advanced management of stone diseases and minimally invasive treatments for BPH.

The Opportunity

We are in search of a candidate who has a keen interest or fellowship training in Endourology . A key aspect of this role will be to further develop our advanced stone and BPH program.

The ideal candidate will:

• Employ cutting-edge technology across various clinical settings.
• Establish and expand a high-volume practice focused on stone disease.
• Guide and educate residents and medical students in advanced endoscopic procedures.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive, patient-focused care.

Compensation & Benefits

The starting base compensation range is $300,000 - $400,000 , which may be adjusted based on experience and faculty rank. This figure does not include variable compensation or additional productivity incentives and is subject to departmental compensation policies. Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology.
• Eligibility for a California medical license.
• A strong commitment to clinical education and community-oriented care.
• Fellowship training is preferred but not mandatory for general tracks.
• This position is not eligible for a Conrad 30 Waiver.
• As a California employer, residency in California is required by the start date.
