Using its ONE-Factor Method of Care, Saylor Physical Therapy provides one patient per hour with one physical therapist in a private treatment room to ensure individualized attention. The clinic designs care plans around each patient’s comprehensive situation and recovery goals. Saylor Physical Therapy operates six locations in Florida and North Carolina, including Jupiter, Palm Beach Gardens, Lake Mary, Winter Park, Mooresville, and Cornelius. Role Description The Physical Therapist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Cornelius, NC. The Physical Therapist will conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and provide one-on-one, hour-long therapy sessions in a private treatment room. Daily responsibilities include delivering evidence-based interventions, monitoring progress, documenting care, and coordinating with referring providers and other members of the care team. The role involves educating patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and wellness strategies. The Physical Therapist will contribute to a collaborative clinic environment that supports high-quality, patient-centered rehabilitation. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong knowledge and skills in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation. Candidates should demonstrate expertise in Patient Care and Home Care, including education on home exercise programs. Candidates should have a solid foundation in Medicine relevant to musculoskeletal, neurological, and orthopedic conditions. Current state licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as a Physical Therapist in North Carolina. Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent accredited degree. Experience in outpatient orthopedics or sports rehabilitation is preferred. Ability to provide one-on-one, hour-long treatments and manage a personalized caseload effectively.
