Job Description A3 is a 30‑bed unit (22 private and 4 semi‑private) that is acuity adaptable and cares for cardiac critical care and intermediate care to discharge. This position holds 24/7/365 accountability for two cost centers – A3, Cardiac Interventional Critical Care/Intermediate Care Unit and the Centralized Telemetry Department (which has remote telemetry oversight of A3, A4, A7, C2, and C4). This position serves as a key stakeholder for all things telemetry/cardiac monitoring. Positions that will directly report to this position include registered nurses, nursing assistants, nurse technicians, telemetry technicians, unit clerks, and a resource nurse clinician (educator). Your Responsibilities Include: Lead the team where people do their best, and engage with a care team to address efficiencies. Promote and maintain patient‑centered outcomes that are culturally sensitive and inclusive. Direct and evaluate patient care delivery, ensuring adherence to regulations and clinical guidelines. Empower nurses to be accountable for patient outcomes, providing leadership in setting nursing practice standards. Establish a culture of safety and report liability risks. Qualifications BSN MHA, MBA, or MSN completed in 5 years Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience Additional Information Munson HealthCare requires all employees to be vaccinated or have lab‑confirmed immunity for Measles, Mumps, Rubella, and Varicella.
