Requirements Master the Operation: Receive and process incoming stock and materials, pick and fill orders from stock, and organize inventory within our state-of-the-art warehouse using Epicor Prophet 21 technology. Drive Operations Excellence: manage, pack, ship, and accurately prepare all orders for shipping and customer pick-ups, providing the highest level of concierge customer service to every client and team member. Manage Logistics: Load and unload trucks while safely processing transfers and orders in and out of the warehouse. Master the Facility: Coordinate daily inbound transfers, containers, LTL shipments, and ground transport into our computer systems. Maintain Accuracy: Perform cycle counts as scheduled to preserve accurate inventory levels and improve overall warehouse productivity. Cultivate Relationships: Act as a trusted resource for internal showroom staff and external delivery drivers to resolve customer issues quickly. A "concierge" mindset leader —you greet every guest with concierge service and thrive on running a safe, clean, and efficient warehouse. An operations professional who understands inventory mapping, strict cycle counts, spot checks, and asset protection. A tech-savvy leader proficient computer skills, tracking systems, and Epicor Prophet 21 technology or similar RFID warehouse technology. Background checks will be conducted post job offer.
