Provide companionship and engage residents in meaningful activities to promote social interaction and cognitive stimulation. Help with meal preparation, serving, and feeding assistance as needed. Maintain a clean and organized environment in resident living areas. Observe and report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff. Qualifications : High school diploma or equivalent; Experience as caregiver or support staff is a plus. Incorporating Harm Reduction, Informed Trauma Training and De-escalation techniques. Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards individuals from diverse backgrounds, including the underserved population. Compassionate and patient demeanor with a genuine interest in working with seniors. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions.
