Job Description:Assist the Corporate Controller in managing the Company’s accounting and financial activities.Position Responsibilities:Record payroll and monthly accrualsTake ownership of periodic lender reportingReconcile GL accounts to monthly ledgersManage inventory standard cost systemDevelop product cost for potential new product introductionAssist with analyzing of monthly production variancesAssist with the monthly, quarterly and yearly close as neededPrepare adjusting journal entries and various reportsAssist with budget processAssist with review of internal controls and policiesAssist with bank and external auditsAssist in development of KPI’s and profitability measuresPerforms other related duties assigned by management
