Sam's Club #6610 3951 Grand Ave, Chino, CA 91710-5429 Position Summary The role involves ensuring compliance with company policies, operating forklifts safely, managing inventory flow, providing member service, maintaining safety protocols, merchandising, and supporting club pick‑up orders. What you'll do Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity. Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely, following company standards. Manage inventory flow, including receiving, sorting, staging, and tracking merchandise. Provide member service and support for self‑service technology and purchasing decisions. Maintain safety of the facility by conducting safety sweeps and reporting unsafe conditions. Maintain sales floor presentation, properly zone areas, stock, rotate merchandise, and display promotional items. Assist with club pick‑up orders and perform occasional audits for accuracy. Use inventory tools to control shrinkage and maintain in‑stock levels. Proactively identify customers who need help and assist them with technology services. Identify shrink opportunities and address problems with products and work areas. Support teamwork, mentorship, and a culture of belonging and respect. Act with integrity, uphold Walmart values, and support regenerative initiatives. Deliver customer‑first results and make decisions based on reliable information. Drive continuous improvement and embrace new technologies and skills. Minimum Qualifications 90 days of prior experience operating a forklift with certification. Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks. Must be 18 years of age or older. Preferred Qualifications Customer Service experience. Retail experience. Experience supervising a team.
