Cable Technician

Description We are seeking a dependable Low Voltage Technician to support installation and maintenance of structured cabling and low voltage systems. This role is ideal for someone with basic hands-on experience, including electrical apprentices who are not actively pursuing licensed hours but want to build field experience. Key Responsibilities Install, route, and terminate low voltage cabling (Cat5e/Cat6, coax, fiber - basic exposure is a plus) Assist with installation of devices such as access control, security cameras, and network equipment Perform cable pulling, dressing, labeling, and basic testing Read and follow basic project drawings, layouts, and instructions Maintain clean and organized job sites Support senior technicians and project leads on active job sites Adhere to safety standards and company procedures Skills CAT 5, CAT 6, fiber, coax, termination, 66, 110 block, Cable, Cabling Top Skills Details CAT 5, CAT 6, fiber, coax, termination, 66, 110 block,Cable,Cabling Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Framingham, MA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
