Credentialing timeframe: 30-45 days

Shift Details
Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, 7:00am-5:30pm
Weekend coverage required

Requirements
Board Certified or Board Eligible
California License
BLS
DEA
At least 2 years of experience
Must be available to cover the required schedule: Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays (7:00am-5:30pm)
CA DOT certification

Required Procedures / Skills
Pap smear
Sutures
Minor procedures

Assignment Details
Setting: Clinic
FTE: 1.0
Family practice
Must be able to see ages newborn through geriatric
Well child visits
Preventative health
Patient population: All populations
Average patients/day: About 14
EMR: Cerner
Support staff includes MAs
