Speech-Language Pathologist

Provide speech-language pathology services to students in a school setting. Work in Phoenix, Arizona for a 36-week contract with compensation up to $58 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess speech, language, and swallowing disorders in students.

Design individualized therapy plans based on assessment data.

Deliver one-on-one and group therapy sessions in classrooms or specialized settings.

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and allied health staff to support student progress.

Monitor progress and modify interventions as needed.

Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reports.

Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and case conferences.

Educate families and staff on communication strategies and accommodations.

Provide crisis intervention and emergency care for swallowing emergencies.

Conduct classroom-based communication skill building activities.

Advocate for students' access to appropriate services and accommodations.
