The role involves individual counseling, group facilitation, and collaboration with treatment teams. The schedule includes a mix of fixed and flexible hours. Requirements: Experience managing a patient caseload with substance use disorders. Ability to conduct assessments, screenings, and crisis interventions. Proficiency in maintaining accurate, up-to-date documentation. Strong collaboration skills with internal and external teams. Experience in trauma-informed care approaches. Ability to develop treatment plans with clinical supervisors. Experience in facilitating therapeutic groups. Qualifications: Relevant certification or licensure in addiction counseling.
