Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $25.28 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Fri11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Sat11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Sun11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security‑related procedures, location‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a financial institution setting. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting details and reporting concerns through appropriate channels. Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout the location, including lobbies, offices, entry points, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter, in support of a visible unarmed presence. Monitor access points and observe visitor and employee activity to help to deter unauthorized entry and/or suspicious behavior while following site‑specific protocols. Support day‑to‑day operations by communicating with site contacts, assisting with routine inquiries, and reporting maintenance, security‑related, and/or facility concerns observed during patrols. Minimum Requirements At least 1 year of security‑related experience is required. Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required by the client. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. A guard card or license is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
