Family Law Attorney – Elite High Net Worth Firm, Chicago Salary: $140,000 - $230,000 per year. Job Overview We are a TOP‑Ranked family‑law firm in Chicago seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to handle high net worth divorces, annulments, child custody/support, prenuptial agreements, and adoption. The position requires a Juris Doctorate, state licensure, and at least three years of relevant practice, and offers a competitive compensation package and comprehensive benefits. Responsibilities Represent clients in all aspects of family law, including divorce, annulment, child custody, alimony, and prenuptial agreements. Handle high net worth divorce cases and complex financial settlements. Negotiate settlements and resolve complex legal issues. Draft legal documents, reports, and pleadings. Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to high professional standards. Manage caseload independently and collaborate with team members. Qualifications Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school. Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Family Law Attorney. Licensed to practice law in the state of Illinois. Proven experience with high net worth divorces, annulments, child custody/support, prenuptial agreements, and adoption. Exceptional negotiation, research, report writing, and public speaking skills. Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities. Proficiency with legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
