Location: Utica, New York

Pay Rate: $23 to $26/hr

Contract: 13 weeks

Schedule: Day Shift, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM; every other weekend required

Guaranteed Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Experience: Minimum 1 year required


About the Role


We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant for a 13-week contract opportunity in Utica, New York. This role supports a long-term care rehabilitation unit caring for residents with MS, orthopedic needs, dementia, and memory care needs.


Responsibilities
• Assist residents with daily living activities and personal care
• Support mobility, hygiene, feeding, and comfort needs
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
• Document care accurately using PointClickCare EMR
• Float to all units within the same building as needed


Requirements
• active new york cna certification/license required
• minimum 1 year of cna experience required
• long-term care, rehabilitation, dementia, memory care, or ortho experience preferred
• must be available for day shift, every other weekend, and floating within the facility
• fingerprinting may be required for clearance
