Pricing Analyst

Key Responsibilities

Analyze freight market trends, pricing data, and carrier overhead to optimize 3PL margins.

Negotiate high-volume RFQ lanes across the Americas region.

Design tailored 3PL supply chain and freight solutions to meet client RFQ needs.

Maintain the internal rate database with current regional market benchmarks.

Coordinate pickup and linehaul strategies with internal transportation and carrier partners.

Qualifications & Requirements Experience: 3+ years in 3PL/logistics bid management, RFQ preparation, or sales support.

Education: High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Project) and TMS/logistics software.

Core Competencies: freight analytics, strategic lane negotiation, detail-oriented execution, and reliable on-site attendance.

salary: $75,000 - $80,000 per year shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM education: Bachelors Responsibilities Analyzes market prices and data, identifies cost requirements and overhead.
