Field Service Mechanic $28-$38 DOE

Pay: $28 – $38+ per hour DOE | Company Vehicle | Benefits Hours: Full-Time | Monday – Friday (7AM – 5PM + Overtime Available) Job Description WorkSteer is seeking a skilled Field Service Mechanic to support a growing team. This role involves traveling to customer job sites to diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel engines, transmissions, and chassis on trucks and heavy equipment. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working independently in the field. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair diesel engines, transmissions, and chassis systems Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs on-site Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues Complete service reports and documentation Communicate with customers and provide excellent service Ensure safety and compliance standards are met Requirements 2+ years of diesel mechanic or heavy equipment experience Strong knowledge of engines, transmissions, and truck systems Valid driver’s license with clean driving record Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Basic computer skills for reporting and diagnostics Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions CDL or ability to obtain is a plus Job Type Full-Time Schedule 8–10 hour shifts (overtime available) Monday – Friday Day shift How to Apply: Visit and apply on our home page by clicking “Apply Online”.
