The Impact You'll Make

As our Operations & Team Leader you’ll take the reins, coordinate our functions, rally a diverse team, and keep us moving forward with clarity and purpose. Your leadership will shape our culture, streamline our operations, and ensure we’re not just meeting goals—but exceeding them.

What You'll Do

• Develop & Lead video training for a new book.
• Hands on work in daily operations, ensuring smooth workflows.
• Inspire, nurture and manage a high-performing mission-driven team.
• Develop and implement systems that keep us organized, efficient, and ready for the future.
• Coordinate projects, events, and initiatives that advance our mission.
• Identify opportunities for growth and innovation and lead the charge to make them happen.
• Serve as a bridge between vision and execution - turning strategy into tangible results.
