Clinical Informatics Manager

Now Hiring | Clinical Applications Manager (Healthcare IT) South Florida | Leadership Opportunity | Full-Time About the Role As the Clinical Applications Manager, you will lead a team responsible for the strategy, implementation, optimization, and ongoing support of enterprise clinical applications. You'll serve as the bridge between clinical operations and IT, ensuring technology enhances provider workflows, improves data quality, and supports exceptional patient outcomes. This role reports directly to the CIO and plays a key leadership role in shaping the organization's clinical technology roadmap. What You'll Be Doing Lead the support and optimization of Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and other clinical applications Partner with physicians, nurses, and operational leaders to improve clinical workflows and user experience Manage clinical application implementations, upgrades, integrations, and enhancements Drive workflow analysis, process improvement, and clinical informatics initiatives Oversee vendor relationships, application performance, and interoperability initiatives Ensure compliance with HIPAA, CMS, accreditation standards, and healthcare best practices Lead testing, change management, user training, and adoption efforts Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing Clinical Applications team Collaborate with executive leadership on long-term healthcare technology strategy We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Information Systems, or related field (Master's preferred) 3+ years of progressive leadership experience supporting: Electronic Health Records (EHR) Epic Clinical applications Clinical informatics Healthcare IT operations Clinical workflow optimization Preferred Experience Clinical systems implementation and optimization Healthcare interoperability (HL7, FHIR, CCD/CCDA) Clinical documentation and data governance Population health or care management platforms Clinical analytics and reporting Healthcare project leadership Team leadership and staff development Ideal Background We're seeking someone who can comfortably navigate both the clinical and technology worlds—someone who understands provider workflows, can translate business needs into technology solutions, and enjoys leading teams through meaningful digital transformation.
