Job Summary:

Belove It Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated 12-hour Personal Care Aide to join our team in Cleveland, OH. Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care assistance to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with daily living activities, such as toileting, incontinence care, and mobility assistance
• Administer medications as prescribed by a physician
• Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet individual patient needs
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless transitions and comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress

Requirements:

• 1 years of experience or equivalent training in home health care
• High school diploma or equivalent required (n/a)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
