Senior Manager Revenue Operations

About the role Senior Manager of Revenue Operations to serve as the operational and analytical partner to our GTM leadership team. Own the revenue engine architecture and be a direct strategic partner to the CEO. What you’ll do Build and own the unified reporting framework across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. Create and maintain a bottoms‑up forecast model and identify leaks/blockers across the funnel. Lead GTM planning across segments, including quota setting, capacity, and revenue targets. Own Salesforce architecture and integration with other GTM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Looker). Improve visibility into which segments, motions, and programs drive revenue through attribution & conversion analysis. Define how RevOps should scale – propose future structure and headcount plan. What you bring – Experience 5–7+ years in revenue operations roles at B2B SaaS companies covering acquisition, retention, and expansion funnels. 2+ years in management consulting or investment banking focusing on building sophisticated modeling workstreams. Proven track record building RevOps functions at high‑growth companies. Experience working directly with C‑level executives and cross‑functional leadership. Technical Skills Expert‑level Salesforce administration and architecture. Advanced proficiency in data analysis (SQL, Excel, BI tools). Experience with marketing automation and GTM tech stack integration. Strong understanding of SaaS metrics, forecasting models, and attribution. Leadership & Execution Demonstrated ability to architect scalable processes from the ground up. Strong cross‑functional collaboration and influence without authority. Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving capabilities. Self‑starter with strong ownership mindset and ability to drive results in fast‑paced environments. Benefits Competitive salary and equity. Annual Salary Range: $160,000—$190,000 USD. The range above reflects the typical salary range for this role.
