We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Medical Assistant (MA) to join our dynamic team and make a meaningful impact on patient care. As the MA, you will play a key role in supporting the clinical and administrative functions of our practice. You'll be responsible for assisting our healthcare providers with patient care, managing patient records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities: * Greet and check in patients, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed. * Prepare patients for examination by taking vital signs and recording medical history. * Prepare and clean examination rooms. * Manage patient records in accordance with HIPAA regulations. * Manage patient flow and handle patient inquiries. * Perform administrative tasks such as filing and maintaining office supplies. * Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent required. * MA certification required. * Previous experience as an MA. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail. * Knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and office equipment. * Proficient in Microsoft Office or equivalent office software.
