Job Summary

This position is responsible for assembling job site kits by locating, selecting, and packaging materials according to detailed work orders. The role requires accuracy, efficiency, and the ability to follow instructions to ensure kits are correctly built and prepared for shipment. This is a warehouse-based position with potential for conversion to a permanent role based on performance.

Job Responsibilities

• Interpret kit orders and follow detailed build instructions accurately
• Locate, select, and assemble items required to build job site kits
• Pull and prepare orders for shipment according to specifications
• Receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming materials as needed
• Ensure all kits are complete, accurate, and properly packaged for delivery
• Maintain a clean, organized, secure, and safe warehouse environment
• Support general warehouse operations including inventory handling and order fulfillment
• Follow all safety and operational procedures consistently

Job Requirements

• Ability to interpret kit orders and follow detailed build instructions accurately
• Minimum of 6 months recent warehouse experience required
• No more than 3-month gaps in work history
• Ability to read and understand work orders
• Ability to work efficiently with hands and maintain attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Work Experience

• Previous experience in warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory, or order fulfillment preferred
• Experience in plumbing or plumbing-related industries is helpful but not required
• Experience in roles such as warehouse associate, receiving associate, or order picker is beneficial
