Collaborate closely with project managers, clients, and suppliers to gather information and refine estimates. Monitor current market trends, pricing fluctuations, and industry best practices to ensure estimates remain accurate and competitive. Assist in reviewing project proposals and contracts to identify potential risks and opportunities. Maintain and update estimating databases and documentation for future projects and reference. Job Skills Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex project data and technical drawings. Proficiency with estimating software such as Bluebeam, PlanSwift, or equivalent tools. In-depth knowledge of construction materials, labor costs, and industry standards. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all calculations and documentation. Excellent communication and negotiation skills to collaborate effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. Good understanding of safety regulations and building codes relevant to estimating activities.
