Living Gracefully in Phoenix, AZ is looking for a Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and hard-working. Phoenix, West Valley, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley and Mesa area. Contractor 1099 position. PRN
Responsibilities
- Treating patients in 1-hour long timeslots
- Documenting progress and next steps for following the POC
- Following PT's treatment plan within the PTA scope of practice
- Clocking in and out
- Demonstrating a high level of communication skills with colleagues, families, and patients.
Qualifications
- AZ state license as a physical therapy assistant
