Commercial Litigation Legal Assistant An established law firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Legal Assistant to join its Phoenix office, supporting attorneys in a fast-paced litigation practice. This is a full-time opportunity within a collaborative and high-performing environment. This role will work closely with attorneys, including senior leadership, to manage case-related and administrative tasks while ensuring matters are handled efficiently and deadlines are met. The position is fully onsite for the first 90 days, followed by a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite / 2 days remote). The salary range for this position is $60,000-$75,000. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive case management support to attorneys and paralegals Prepare, proofread, revise, and finalize legal documents and correspondence Handle e-filing in state, federal, and appellate courts, ensuring compliance with court rules and deadlines Manage confidential information, files, records, and reports Process intake forms, conflict checks, time entry, and client billing Maintain attorney calendars and coordinate travel, meetings, and conferences Organize and maintain electronic document management systems and case files Perform additional administrative and litigation support tasks as needed Qualifications 2-5 years of litigation legal assistant experience required Experience supporting multiple attorneys in a law firm environment Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe Experience with electronic document management systems Excellent organizational, communication, and client-service skills Strong attention to detail, including proofreading and grammar Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Positive, proactive, and adaptable team player Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
