Finance Technology Leadership
- Serve as the primary DTT point of contact for the Finance business unit.
- Partner closely with Finance stakeholders, DTT business partners, and Super Users.
- Lead execution of digital transformation initiatives aligned to Finance objectives.
- Promote data-driven decision making and support organizational change management.
- Own SAP S/4HANA Finance application lifecycle (implementation, enhancements, support).
- Ensure system stability, performance, and availability.
- Lead incident and problem management, including root cause analysis.
- Work with AMS vendors and third-party partners to ensure quality delivery.
- Maintain a "clean core" approach and leverage SAP standard best practices.
- Monitor batch jobs, integrations, and overall system health.
- Oversee identity and access management across SAP landscape.
- Ensure compliance with SOX and other regulatory requirements.
- Maintain application documentation, training materials, and knowledge articles.
- Manage vendor accountability and application currency.
- Lead SAP S/4HANA upgrades (RISE model environment).
- Identify performance and process improvement opportunities.
- Proactively manage risk across SAP Finance systems.
- Drive innovation while maintaining operational excellence.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- 7+ years of hands-on SAP Finance experience (FI/CO, AP/AR, Asset Accounting, etc.).
- Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation and support.
- Deep understanding of Finance processes and SAP integrations.
- Experience in incident/problem management and application lifecycle management.
- Strong stakeholder communication and analytical skills.
- Master's degree or SAP S/4HANA Finance certification.
- PMP certification.
- Experience in manufacturing or regulated industries (chemical preferred).
- Familiarity with:
- SAP Fiori
- SAP Analytics Cloud
- SAP BPC
- Non-SAP system integrations
- Exposure to Agile and enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF).
- Experience with SOX / ITGC compliance controls.
