Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Community Participation Support
Locations: Delaware County, Ashton, PA & Broomall, PA, and surrounding areas
Key Responsibilities:
- Support residents in planning and participating in community activities , social events, and volunteer opportunities
- Maintain and complete all required documentation , such as daily notes Incident Reports, etc.
- Implement and document progress on behavioral support goals and ISP objectives
- Provide transportation and support to community activities, and social engagements as needed
- Complete all shift assignments and tasks as directed by the Site Supervisor

We are seeking compassionate and dependable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide community-based support services to residents. This role focuses on assisting individuals with skill development, community integration, and daily living activities while promoting independence and personal growth.
Qualifications:
- High school or equivalent Required
- Experience in direct support, caregiving, or community-based services 1 year required
- Knowledge of behavioral support plans and ISP documentation a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly with documentation and compliance
- Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team-focused environment
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required
