The Prep Cook/Dishwasher role supports kitchen operations by preparing ingredients, maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment, and ensuring dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are cleaned and available for service. This role is essential to delivering high-quality food and efficient kitchen operations.

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
