What You'll Own:

• Full-cycle recruiting sourcing, screening, background checks, interviews, physicals, and references
• Driving leads through cold calls, referrals, online platforms, and job fairs
• Representing the company at recruiting events and community fairs
• Keeping driver count on target for the location's needs
• Weekly reporting and driver retention support
• 90-day check-ins with every new hire to make sure they stick

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or GED
• A background in sales, recruiting, or trucking/transportation
• People skills that close the deal
• Working knowledge of DOT regulations and shipping requirements
• Basic computer skills
