El personal de limpieza residencial y comercial desempeña un papel fundamental en el mantenimiento de la limpieza y la higiene en diversas propiedades de los clientes. Este puesto, que se desempeña principalmente en equipos de tres personas, implica llevar a cabo rutinas de limpieza exhaustivas tanto en entornos residenciales como comerciales, garantizando que los espacios estén higiénicos y presentables. Bajo la supervisión del supervisor de limpieza, el empleado sigue un horario diario fijo y utiliza un vehículo de la empresa para desplazarse a los distintos lugares de trabajo.
Responsabilidades
Realizar tareas de limpieza residencial para mantener el orden y la limpieza
Ejecutar labores de limpieza comercial siguiendo las especificaciones del cliente
Desinfectar superficies para garantizar entornos higiénicos
Realizar el mantenimiento de suelos, incluyendo barrido, fregado y pulido
Gestionar la eliminación de residuos conforme a las normas de salud y seguridad
Cualificaciones deseables
Experiencia inicial en limpieza
Capacidad para gestionar el tiempo de manera eficaz
