AI-Driven GTM Enablement Lead for Seller Skills

Databricks is seeking an AI-enabled enablement leader to design and ship an AI-native system that turns global enablement into personalized tracks for every seller. You will partner with the Global Sales Enablement team and regional partners to ship apps, AI skills, and processes that make enablement a reality for our Field. This is an individual-contributor role; you will lead through cross-functional influence and what you build, driving rapid iteration and scalable impact across regions.
