Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Manchester, MO Company: Finni Health Job Type: Part-Time | Daytime & Evening Hours Available Location: In-person – Manchester, MO Pay: $21 - $23 per hour Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with autism? At Finni Health, we’re on a mission to provide life-changing ABA care — and we’re looking for compassionate, dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team! As an RBT, you’ll work side-by-side with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), delivering personalized, in-home ABA therapy that helps children build new skills, grow in confidence, and achieve meaningful milestones.
