Position Overview Traveling Physical Therapist needed for an outpatient facility in Orlando, FL. The role involves helping patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while working in a new location. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program recognized by the APTA. Active Florida Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Outpatient clinical experience preferred, including evaluations and 60‑minute evaluation and treatment sessions. Demonstrated competency in documentation, goal writing, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry in compliance with state and federal guidelines. Experience supervising or delegating discipline‑specific therapy services and participating in student education preferred. Commitment to patient and employee safety, including safe patient handling and infection control practices. Assignment Details Facility Type: Outpatient. Shift Pattern: 4x8. Duration: 13‑week assignment. Caseload: Evaluations and treatments with 60‑minute evaluation and treatment sessions. Responsibilities: Complete comprehensive evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, document timely and accurately, and participate in performance improvement and student mentorship as assigned.
